AI was used throughout the workflow for ideation, content, design exploration, development assistance and creative production.
07 — AI Workflow
AI wasn't the product. It was the multiplier.
Traditional pipeline (complex)
- 01Idea
- 02Design
- 03Handoff
- 04Development
- 05Revision
- 06Repeat
AI-assisted pipeline (efficient)
- 01Idea

- 06Iterate
What AI accelerated:
Key statement: AI did not replace design thinking. It reduced the distance between an idea and a working product.
08 — Reflection
What changed for me?
01
Design and development are becoming closer. When designers can prototype and build faster, ideas can be validated earlier.
02
AI changes the speed of exploration. The advantage is not generating more screens. The advantage is exploring better directions faster.
03
Product thinking matters more than individual screens. The real design challenge was connecting customer, operations, payments and service delivery into one coherent experience.
04
Constraints can accelerate creativity. Working with limited time forced sharper prioritisation and faster decision-making.
19 — Senior Leadership
What I brought to Darzito wasn't just design.
I moved between product strategy, UX, visual design, technology and marketing without losing sight of the customer journey. That end-to-end perspective is what I bring to senior product design leadership.
From idea to experience.
Darzito was an experiment in how far one designer can take a product when design thinking, technology and AI work together.
